Preseeding hostname and domain

None of the DHCP servers that I'll be doing preseeded installs with give
out hostnames or domains. Despite putting preseed values in the preseed
configuration I'm still prompted to enter them by hand. It's the last
item that's stopping me having a fully automated install. The first four
lines of my configuration file are...

d-i netcfg/get_hostname		string jolt-debian-install
d-i netcfg/get_domain		string jolt.co.uk

d-i partman-auto/disk		string /dev/discs/disc0/disc
...

Any ideas? Have I missed out something from netcfg/ that I need?
