Please please, Attilio, before anything else... commmit your work !
You've got a big fear with your laptop problems. Imagine if you
couldn't have recovered your work.
So, if commiting to the SVN repository is a problem for you, just send
a tarball to one of us (Colin, myself, whoever....) and we will commit
it somewhere, just as a backup.
We are all delighted to see your work in real use...so, just take the
time for comitting it. As I wrote before, join on IRC if you need to
learn some of the basics of SVN to be able to commit later.
If you currently have problems with svn.debian.org, this may be due to
password authentication not working on that machine. Don't be stopped
by this. Several D-I contributors do not depend on this and can indeed
do the commit.
