I'm reassigning this to makedev, as it's ultimatly the default set of
devices it puts in /dev/ that is used by the installer, and that stops
as hda20.

I note that bug #146611 has been open for years and tagged wontfix
regarding the same problem. Perhaps having another report of this, on
another architecture will change Bdale's mind.

Bdale: If you're not going to fix this, please reassign it back to d-i
so we can put in some nasty hack that checks the target system's fstab
and tries to create any missing /dev/ entries.. Perhaps such a hack
would be a good idea in general.
