If that's really _all_ you've done, maybe you forgot to run "lilo" (as root!) after updating lilo.conf? Any errors when you do that? Also, do you get a menu (or another way to select which option to boot) when lilo starts or does it just start woody? If it just boots, you may want to read the manpages on how to get a menu... Why did you disable your woody system? You can have more that one option to boot and select which one you want. Cheers, FJP
