Great, I'll provide you with another patch soon.  I've added support for
additional Ethernet cards to the drivers and made some other minor
changes.  I'm unfamiliar with bk and haven't figured out how to push the
changes into the repository.

I haven't been able to get miboot or bootx to work with any of the 5
different supported models I have.  I have a PowerBook 1400 and have
seen mailing list posts claiming that BootX worked with that platform,
but BootX always errors out when I attempt it.
