Bug#283292: should run pvcreate on all LVM-marked partitions before PV selection

Hi,

lvmcfg's partman hook should initialize all PVs first before showing the
screen where one selects which PVs should go into a VG, else I get
nothing in the parentheses which denote the PV's size (quite misleading,
it led me to believe that the PV would not be initialized at all and I
had to do it manually.)
