Comments/Problems:

The installer was a lot more user-friendly than the previous installer
(the boot floppies). The process was a lot smoother and a lot faster. The
only annoyance I had was the lack of granularity in the new options for
tasksel, which I don't think is relevant to this package report. Anyway,
before it seemed to install more of the software I needed by default,
whereas this time, I am going to have to pick a lot of very common things
by hand that didn't install for whatever reason with the options I chose -
like binutils, gcc, etc. It's very strange to leave those sorts of things
out, I think.

Overall, I was really pleased with the new installer. I've always
considered Debian my favorite distro, but the install was a pain. This has
come a long way.
