Comments/Problems:

Installing with Finnish language, installer seemingly makes
faulty additions to /etc/environment:
---
LANGUAGE="fi_FI:fi:sv:en_GB:en"

LANG=fi_FI@euro
---
Namely, the "sv" there makes translations to fall back to
Swedish, which is wrong. Removing the ":sv" from /etc/environment
fixes this. The addition of sv might be explainable because Swedish
is the second official language in Finland, but using it as a fall
back language is a poor choice because most people (that are
not in the 6% Swedish-Finnish minority) don't know much Swedish, especially in the case of computer/software terminology in which people have accustomed to often have some non-localized (=English) software.

According to educated guesses on IRC, installer's countrychooser has been
rewritten some time ago and it nowadays writes wrong default values (if not doing expert installation).
