stopped here and finished installation process with debian expert install mode. Was then able to setup internet connection. Note that above problems did not appear with SargeTC1.

Memory: 400 MB RAM

TDK (CD  writer) TDK CDRW 321040B

Method: - Netinstall from CDROM, - linux 2.6 kernel
- debian FTP server No. 2, Europe

Root Device: IDE harddisk Root Size/partition table:
