I think this should be fixed in base-config 2.22.

This should also be fixed in base-config 2.22.

The faulty 'en' option is included in the list; just deselect it and the other
locales you selected should be generated.
Could you please check what version of base-config was used for your
installation (using 'dpkg -l base-config')? If you have 2.22 please reply to
this mail.
