If it isn't worse than before, then I guess it is stable enough. I
don't use Gnome myself so I can't say much about it, except that I
don't think it has crashed when I've tried it. Anyway, as Michael
pointed out, this is better discussed on the -gtk-gnome list. Try
bringing it up there.
