Great!
base-config now displays proper iso8859-2 characters.

(But after base-config finishes, it displays several screens long mess
which seems like a usage messages from consolechars -- likely there is
some bad parameter somewhere).

And of course, any messages *after* base-config (well, termwrap) are
mangled again, but that's another story (I suppose console-tools need
to setup iso-8859-2 font in /etc/console-data/config).
