Bug#232116: success, but a partitioning problem (and some Dutch translation remarks)

Well, this part is stable, now. If you choose Dutch (Belgium), then
you'll get nl_BE as locale, dutch as language and Belgium as country.
However, the default choice for keyboard is kbd-config's work....so I
guess the bug should be reported against that module
