You could run debootstrap from the command line. Keep in mind
this installer is in the alpha stage; we appreciate your
testing effort.

If you are instead looking for the stable version installer,
you need to install woody. Then you can upgrade to sarge
after your installation is complete, using

apt-get dist-upgrade
