Good example. That's my *intention*. The dependency analyzer should spot
that Q and R already fulfill A's dependency and thereby skip P.

However, I don't promise that this is what it currently does. *cough*
Needs investigation. It's the topological ordering code in
libdebian-installer if you want to take a look for yourself.
