We are not calling didiscover twice like you do here.  We use this
command line

  didiscover --data-path=linux/module/name --data-version=2.4 \
   	     --data-vendor --data-model --format='%s:%s %s' \
              -d all -e ata -e pci -e pcmcia -e scsi all

How do we get that output from discover 2?

I hope Gaudenz Steinlin did this.  I believe he is the one with most
knowledge about the remaining issues.
