As the discussion about this seems to be over, I will start to try to
implement some of the ideas discussed. I plan to do the following:

1. Bring netcfg-dhcp and netcfg-static in a better state (apply
templates polishing, better order of the questions, ..)

2. Integrate netcfg-dhcp and netcfg-static in one udeb. It first asks if
you want to try dhcp or static (prio medium). If dhcp fails, it offers
to retry or go to static configuration.

3. Implement the dhcp background solution.

Any objections?
