Bug#182464: anna: Extra package selection should not be at default priority level

Aiih, I just realized that this will install the kernel module udebs of
all available kernel versions. Bad bad bad. Hmm, should I check the
version of the running kernel and install all udebs matching
"-modules-$VERSION" and skip all udebs matching "-modules-$OTHER"?

Preferrably something that's less of a hack should be implemented... :/

Maybe all kernel module udebs could provide "kernel-modules-$VERSION"?
Or a custom field like XB-kernel-version? Better suggestions would be
appreciated.
