Bug#133935: 3.0.19 net-install impossible

There were several fixes to the hard disk installation code which will
not be available until 3.0.20 (or if you have a few 100 M free and a
couple hours, you could build from cvs...). At the least, it will
behave differently... so this should be revisited with that version.

There were also several debug messages added in that code, so when you
check it out if you boot with ' debug' added to your boot arguments,
you will see more info on console 3.
