Bug#125780: boot-floppies failure

I don't know what the talkback system is, but we do have a new
feature, the 'Report a Problem' menu choice that can be used to save
system logs, state and configuration to a floppy.  This could be used
to help figure out what went wrong, FYI.  I don't know if anyone has
used it except for me . . .
