Another build problem

Hello,

make clean && make release as usual:
debiandoc2text -d /usr/share/sgml/debiandoc/dtd/sgml/1.0/debiandoc.dcl -l
ca  -O install.ca.sgml > install.ca.txt

What else should I have?
