Bug#123391: /target/usr/sbin/modconf: cannot create: directory nonexistant
Package: boot-floppies
Version: N/A; reported 2001-12-11
Severity: minor
When configuring modules, just after I'm asked for paramters for my 3c509 (I
don't enter any parameters. I see at the bottom of the screen:
/target/usr/sbin/modconf: cannot create: directory nonexistant
/target/usr/sbin/modconf: cannot create: directory nonexistant
/target/usr/sbin/modconf: cannot create: directory nonexistant
However, it does succeed. Since I'm using language-chooser install disks,
however, the screen is all messed up from the message (LC's fault). My guess
is that this problem may have bene around for a while and it is just showing up
now since with the language-chooser utf8 stuff the screen doesn't get refreshed
properly.
