Um, (a) there is no log_accum.pl in the debian-boot repository; 
    (b) we use dolog.pl
    (c) grep for joy in klecker:/cvs/debian-boot/CVSROOT reveals nothing
    (c) grep for joy in klecker:/cvs/debian-doc/CVSROOT reveals nothing

Please enlighten me?
