So let me get this straight. Your excuse is that nobody came out and
directly told you, yet you expect me to know by some magical means that
this was already discussed? How about this. I am the one that has been
working on the sparc end of the boot-floppies and upgrade/install
documentation, not you. You are the one who presumes to who more about it,
even going so far as to ignore what I told you about that which I have
taken on the responsiblity to maintain. In fact, I told you that sparc
upgrades were already documented, and where it was documented (I can pull
that email if you like).

Your logic is weak at best.

My argument is not against this whole upgrade documentation. My arguement
is against bull headed people who think that know the specifics of
everything. Don't ignore information, even if it comes on the end of a
flaming spear, and above all, expect flaming spears when you charge with a
war cry as loud as you have ("EVERYONE MUST BUILD STATIC APT AND PKG
NOW!").
