Bug#61229: boot-floppies: lilo.conf refers to /boot instead of /

 That was my intention, but the kernel-image maintainers have
 persuaded me to move the symlinks back to the "/" directory.  They
 are concerned that it will create an upgrade problem if the symlinks
 are in "/boot" like that.

 This bug is fixed in CVS, and will be closed with the release of 2.2.9.
