Bug#60928: boot floppy can't made

 The last item on the menu, "Make a boot floppy", failed, so Hiroyuki
 cannot make a boot floppy.  The "Make bootable from hard disk"
 apparently failed, but a reboot proved otherwise.  Both times, the
 computer would not respond to any commands; I suspect that Hiroyuki
 saw a blue screen, and `dbootstrap' was hung.

 This is consistent with what I observed this morning, prior to making
 my report involving syslog blocking things.  I believe that
 `dbootstrap' is blocked trying to write a log message, and that is
 why it hangs on a blue screen.  The behaviour is likely not totally
 deterministic, and thus will not be identical from reboot to reboot
 or from system to system, but the underlying symptoms are similar
 enough.
