typically the bts is for bug reports on released versions of packages. for
CVS related issues it's best to report them here.

are you using a non-standard sed?

IT IS NOT AN ERROR

You can compile with make release ok. We are in the process of migrating to
make newrelease

do you have the file /archive/debian/tools/rawrite2.zip ?
