But it's not a priority critical question. Critical questions are defined as
questions you must answer, or your system will be broken.
It's sufficiently documented that -p low must be used if you've painted
yourself into a corner. I'm also considering making dpkg-reconfigure
use low priority no matter what you've normally got it set to.
