Bug#58051: Network install using PCMCIA totally hosed

This worked more or less fine (modulo a really stupid UI decision such
that automatically hitting TAB RET, as you are trained to do by most
previous screens, actually results in selecting "Cancel") in the
previous version I tried (2.2.6, IIRC), by the way.  It's newly broken
in 2.2.7.
