Bug#58598: base-config: pcmcia modules not removed as expected

Package: base-config
Version: Potato,
Severity: normal

When it boots, it tries to start the pcmcia-cs "card services".
Later, a dialog offers to remove pcmcia. Apparently, that only marks
`pcmcia-cs*' for removal by `apt'. That part works.

But later, I found (because the pcmcia modules didn't match the
kernel; my fault - I built this kernel; and a bunch of unresolved
symbol errors printed when I ran `update-modules' while installing
the vmware tools) that the /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/pcmcia directory
had not been removed. `dpkg' doesn't know about it. I think you can
just `rm -rf' it after that dialog is answered yes to, then run
 `depmod -a'.
