Try renaming 'base14-10.bin' to 'base-10.bin' or something.
rawrite.exe only understands 8.3 file names, so probably when you
tried to write base14-10.bin, it only write base14-1.bin.

Sorry about that.  We're fixing this for the next release of potato
boot floppies.
