          cd-rom:        external by paralelal port 
          network card:  no
          pcmcia:        II and III

I'm trying to install linux by DOS, when it starts to uncompress linux it stops
with message bellow. Could you help me? 
 hda: WDC AL2170M , 162MB w/32kB cACHE, chs=980/10/34
   ide0 at 0x1f0-0x1f7,0x3f6 on irq 14
   RAMDISK: Compressed image found at block 0
   out of memoryVFS: Cannot open root device 08:05
