In an earlier state of the universe, there were "Release Goals" [1],
which are however not updated since 2013. They were discussed thereafter
[2], and then of the Todo List of Lucas Nussbaum in 2014 [3], from where
they then disappeared [4].
However, putting the Blends installation on a something like the Release
Goals List could help here. It would also push us into the steps needed
for this (like to define who goes in etc.)
Cheers
Ole
