Another remark:  In debian.tex the sign '#' needs to be escaped as
'\#'.  It occures in a prospective package and wouled lead to

  metastudent-data-2 & metastudent-data-2 & predictor of Gene Ontology terms from protein sequence - data #2 & metastudent-data-2\cite{metastudent-data-2} \\                                                      
which is invalid LaTeX code and should rather read

  metastudent-data-2 & metastudent-data-2 & predictor of Gene Ontology terms from protein sequence - data \#2 & metastudent-data-2\cite{metastudent-data-2} \\
