Yes! That's the whole sense we you are using blends-dev: Verify a list
of packages mentioned in tasks files and make sure the created control
file will contain only those Recommends which are available in Debian.

The way how you can obtain this yourself is:
apt-get source debian-med
You should pay special attention to the Vcs fields in debian/control to
learn where the source of Debian Med packages are maintained in SVN and
you will find a lot more examples there.

One task file results in one metapackage.
