[ocserv] [jessie-backports] Patch needed for v0.1.16 to correctly set GnuTLS priorities when using DTLS

Hi there.

I'm using ocserv 0.11.6-1~bpo8+2 installed from jessie-backports.

When connecting from some machines the server fails to correctly set
GnuTLS cipher priorities if using DTLS, apparently from GnuTLS being <
3.3.24 on the server.

After a short discussion in the openconnect mailing list this patch
was suggested as a solution:

I would like to ask for this patch to be included in the ocserv package.
