In general 1.0.2 brings new symbols over 1.0.1. In Debian however we
have two package names (libssl1.0.0 vs libssl1.0.2) because the latter
has SSLv2 and SSLv3 related symbols removed (and thus the transition).
(The backport provides the symbols but does not do anything i.e. you
can't perform a SSLv3 handshake. This is what Jessie does, too.)
