The original poster did, in his first post. It's also extremely easy
to look up based on the original poster's information, see e.g.

If that makes it possible to integrate it with other packages wanting
more recent TLS features, I agree that this is a good way forward (and
a great deal more constructive than just "no").

Indeed, I'd expect that other backported packages would be easier to
backport if they had 1.0.2 dependencies if the package names are
similar.
