I don't really understand what you mean by that, could you please be
clearer in what way backporting the OpenSSL 1.0 package
(https://packages.debian.org/source/stretch/openssl1.0) from Stretch
to Jessie wouldn't satisfy the rule about only accepting backports to
Jessie from Stretch?
