FWIW, the logcheck rules are:

^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ systemd\[1\]: Start(ing|ed) Certbot\.+$

(I have a big collection of such things; I probably should start trying to
get them merged back into logcheck again.)
