First of all: thanks for the quick response and your efforts.

I should have put "locally"  more prominent. I just tested with pbuilder on my
own box.

My bad, sorry. I looked up the dependencies from the owncloud package from
ftp.cyconet.org. In this package the owncloud-doc is included, which depends on
libjs-twitter-bootstrap.

As written above, I just tested with pbuilder. No changes to the packages were
needed.
