Wheezy freeze and squeeze-backports-sloppy

Hello,

Yesterday I got a request for a backport of a package version that
will not enter wheezy because of the freeze. This got me thinking
about using squeeze-backports-sloppy.

When will the squeeze-backports-sloppy suite be available for uploads?
(I believe that lenny-backports-sloppy was created when squeeze entered
'deep freeze').

I could not find anything about this on the backports website, but I can
imagine the following extra rules for uploading to -sloppy:

 * Package must be in sid (or experimental?)
 * Package must be at least 10 days old and without RC bugs.
 * Package must be sufficiently different from the version in wheezy.

Any comments are appreciated.

Kind regards,

Jeroen Schot
