[RFS] Fluxbox 1.3.2

I've backported version 1.3.2 of Fluxbox to Squeeze.

You may find the DSC at mentors[1]. I'd appreciate a review and check
to see if it has been built correctly.

I'm also a Debian Maintainer (but not in the Squeeze DM keyring), and
I saw a recent mail[2], and noticed DM upload to backports is
untested. I'm a DM, and DMUA is set on the version in Squeeze. I'd be
glad to test the upload for y'alls if I have both technical and social
rights to do so.

Even if yes, I'd still like a review, since this is my first backport.
