 I hope you are aware that cross compiled packages are definitely not
wanted on backports.org, we have a buildd infrastructure for that.

 That might be too little, especially since you would need to install
the libraries in the crossbuild environment to be picked up. dpkg-cross
is a tool that helps with that, but then again, this is not something
that is wanted on backports.org and through that this is the wrong list
for it.
