Hi Karl,

I uploaded the m4 backport as part of a chain of backports I did to get a 
newer gcc-4.3 so I could build an ekiga backport.

The actual dependency is "dpkg (>= 1.15.4) | install-info". So you can 
install install-info (which I also backported and is available via BPO) to 
fulfill that.
