Pidgin with version patch

I have finally succeeded to make Pidgin packages that can connect to ICQ. I downloaded sources from backports.org and
applied this patch:

Then I built the packages following Debian New Maintainers Guide <http://www.debian.org/doc/maint-guide/index.en.html>.
My arch is amd64. I also built i386 packages. I am uploading it to mentors.debian.org. I hope I can make pkgs for other
archs, too.

I hope someone can add those packages to backports.org archive, so users can upgrade their pidgin packages to new
version that can connect to ICQ.
