Another ARM-based NAS I came across is the Synology DiskStation DS2015xs[1] The key feature of this box is that it has more capacity than the majority of ARM-based NAS boxes: it has 8 drive bays, 4GB RAM (expandable to 8GB). It also has 10 gigabit ethernet.
