I'm on holidays at the moment but I'll try to take a look.  Can you
make /boot/initrd.img-2.6.32-5-orion5x (the one that does not fit) and
/boot/initrd.img-2.6.32-5-orion5x.bak (the one that fits) available
somewhere and send me an URL.
