Somebody against 'armhf'? Have we got it?

And for the triplet, is it OK to use vendor tag as explained in the
wiki page[1]?

Please, remember, that this effort is not official to Debian, but
maybe latter on if all your tests, proofs of concepts and numbers tell
so, Debian could adopt it.
