Kernel panic when trying to install to Guruplug
I'm trying to follow Martin Michmayr's instructions at
http://www.mail-archive.com/debian-arm@lists.debian.org/msg10963.html to
install Debian to my Guruplug.
I downloaded the installer from
http://people.debian.org/~joeyh/d-i/armel/images/daily/kirkwood/netboot/marvell/guruplug.
The installer starts fine and works until I reach the step "Detecting
disks and all other hardware". It then aborts with the error message
pasted below. I re-ran the installer a couple of times, the problem can
be reproduced and seems to occur at the same stage of the installer
every time.
After waiting for a couple of minutes, the installer continues with
"Partition disks", but I'm not given the option to configure partitions
(I'd like to install to sd card). If I continue the installer rightly
complains that I did not set a root partition, so right now that is the
end of the road for my attempts.
Can anyone give some hints?
